Refund policy

Kariok Fashion Fitness Store Refund and Exchange Policy:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds; only exchanges. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. If your purchase was part of a promotional offer that included complimentary gifts, those gifts may need to be returned or their value may be deducted from the final store credit. If applicable, you will be notified during the exchange approval process.

Once the returned item(s) have been received, inspected, and approved, the amount paid will be issued as store credit for use in our physical or online store.
